Delete account or request data deletion

Request deletion at info@mioluo.com with “Data deletion request” in the subject. Where possible, send from your account's email. An in-app deletion option is being added and is not available in every beta build; email requests are available now. Never send a password.

Account deletion is not sign-out

A verified request covers your sign-in account, profile/settings, saved phrases and Memories, language-pair data, practice and review history, balances/cosmetics, uploaded profile files, generated illustrations, username registration, and linked social records. Historical records from removed features, including saved interpreter conversations, are included. Uninstalling, signing out, or changing language does not delete the account.

What may remain

Limited records may be retained for legal compliance, preventing abuse, security, and disputes. Backups and provider systems may not be erased immediately. We explain applicable exceptions instead of promising instantaneous erasure everywhere. Copies independently made by others are not recalled by deletion.

Verification and timing

We may request proportionate proof of ownership, never your password. We aim to complete verified requests within 30 days and explain if more time is needed or applicable law requires a different deadline. We confirm completion or explain retained data. For deletion of only particular information, describe that scope instead of requesting removal of the entire account.

Deletion is permanent; progress and earned items are not restored if you register again. See Privacy Policy or contact info@mioluo.com.
